(Subscriber Module Connection or Modem Connection). Pay particular attention to the cable in the &#8220;Internet Port&#8221; (Sometimes labelled &#8220;WAN&#8221;). Your router will not function properly if this cable moved to any of the Local network ports. This box sends power to a radio attached to the antenna. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">It MUST have power for your connection to function.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-30402\" src=\"https:\/\/newwww.slavelakecommunication.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/700mhz-radio-power-300x231.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www2.slavelakecommunication.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/700mhz-radio-power-300x231.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www2.slavelakecommunication.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/700mhz-radio-power-768x591.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www2.slavelakecommunication.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/700mhz-radio-power.jpg 898w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The cable connected to &#8220;Transceiver&#8221; goes outside to a radio on your roof, and the cable connected to &#8220;Modem&#8221; connects to your modem which you identified above.<\/p>\n<h4>C) Power Injector (Subscriber Module Customers Only)<\/h4>\n<p>The power injector is connected to the &#8220;Internet&#8221; Port of the router, either directly or via a short cable. It has a second cable connected to it which goes to your roof, where the subscriber module is located. The Power Injector sends power to the Subscriber Module, while allowing data to pass through.
